If your musical tastes run along the lines of the Sugar Cubes, Captain Beefheart and a little Henry Cow, then Gamma Like Very Ultra, may be your bag. Postmodern harmonies blended with noise, quirky punk executed grooves and some occasional on stage monkey shines will wake up a sleepy Tucson Sunday night. Gamma will be joined by spacey jazz rock outfit Terraformation, playing intricate electronic inflected grooves with changes that seem to sneak up on you. Think of them as an instrumental High Llamas meets the bubbling sounds of Funki Porcini. Beatnik Dream vacation opens the night with it's devil may care improvisation and stage antics.
