- About Me:
- Gamma Like Very Ultra formed in Tucson Arizona early 2006 by founding members Joseph Delarosa and Josifa Delarosa (formerly Christine Heinisch until they realized they had the same father). The duo began as a Found Sound, Electronic Noise and Live instrument collage project. Joe is a bass player, tape noise collage artist, from Tucson Arizona. Christine, formerly of the pioneering dark cabaret / chamber punk band apartment aka apartment burlesque orchestra, is an electronic musician, Trumpeter and Keyboardist from Chicago, Illinois. Since its inception, Delarosa and Delarosa (Heinisch) have turned their collage work into a live experimental, avant-rock band with nods to their various popular influences. Joella Delarosa (formerly Guitariella) (apartment), composer / guitarist, long time friend and collaborator joined in late 2007.
